Q: I bought extra storage, but I keep getting messages I'm running out

I bought the extra 50GB storage, but I keep getting emails that my 5GB is almost full? How do I get this straightened out?

It could possibly have something to do with one of your backups, in which case you'll need to have a look and delete it.

If you go to Settings/iCloud/Storage/Manage Storage how much iCloud storage shows there?
