Q: backup on iphone
Every time I try to perform a backup on my iphone 6 but I keep getting an error saying that the backup could not be competed. What do I need to do ?
iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.4

If your iTunes backup couldn't be completed or you can't restore from a backup - Apple Support
