I'm not how a person "in anger" could "put his iCloud" on your phone without your permission.

Did you buy this phone used? If so, you have run into activation lock:

Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

Only the previous owner can remove the lock. Apple will not help you. Nor can anyone else.
