Q: iTunes account link won't open to change credit card
Hi, I'm stuck. I was using paypal to buy my iTunes, now I get a message that I have an expired credit card but I can't open the account link to go in and see what's going on......nothing happens, it just sits and does nothing.....when I got on through iPad said I had to do it through computer, which is where it is not opening.....I'm trying to upload a book I just wrote, won't let me go beyond this and I'm getting ready to switch to Kindle and forget this....ideas anyone?

Make sure your iMac software is up to date, OS X and iTunes.
Open System Preferences > App Store then click: Check Now.
