The link didn't help, I get other alerts and haptics, even from other credit card apps like Discover. It could be an issue with Capital One App, but I don't know who to ask.

On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Notifications > Capital One - check that the following are enabled:
- Allow Notifications
- Show in Notification Centre
- Sounds
- Show on Lock Screen

Yes, I confirmed all settings you mentioned above, still no help.

Aug 24, 2016 1:38 AM in response to getlm00by Jonathan UK,There may be an issue with the app (another Apple Watch app was recently not providing sounds or haptic alerts, until the issue was advised to and rectified by the app developer).
