It is not possible to merge two Apple ID accounts.
However, whilst it is not recommended by Apple, it is possible to use one Apple ID for iTunes and a different one for iCloud.
If that solution would work best for you, follow the instructions here, under the heading "Use different Apple IDs for iCloud and iTunes":
Otherwise, follow the other steps in the same article to use the same Apple ID across all associated services.

Aug 24, 2016 2:59 AM in response to Angel Weeksby Demo,I'm not sure what your ultimate goal is beyond merging ID's but you can not merge Apple ID's. You can remove your iCloud account by going to Settings>iCloud>Sign Out.

Besides I've tried recovering my account information so many times my brain hurts at this poin. -_-

You will need access to this account if it has been used to enable Activation Lock on the iPhone.
