Q: Non existent apple id

On my daughter's ipad (ios 9.3.3) contains an apple id that does not exist. you cannot log into it nor can you request a recovery password, as no apple id exist. How can this be removed from the ipad, to allow correct apple id to be loaded. Unable to upload photos etc to icloud due to the incorrect apple id.

Is this a second-hand iPad? If so, you ran into activation lock and it is asking for the previous owner's Apple ID:

Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

And if that is the case, there is no way around it. If you are the original owner, then Apple Support may be able to help if you have an original proof of purchase:
