Q: What should I do?
I ordered a charger from ebay. After I charged my phone a message popped up and said that I need to change my passcode in 60 minutes. What could this be? the charger: http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-Lightning-USB-Converter-Adapter-For-Apple-iPhone-4-5 -6-iPod-SAMSUNG-Android-/201616062051?va…

Is it possible to get a malware from a charger?
No, but the device you ordered is not a "charger". What you require is a genuine Apple (or Apple certified) Lightning to USB cord, as well as a genuine Apple power adapter. Those are two separate devices.
Beware that cheap non-Apple power adapters are extremely common. Their construction quality can vary a great deal, and often bear totally fraudulent regulatory consumer product protection compliance markings. Consider all the bad things that can happen before plugging cheaply produced junk into a 110v or 220v power receptacle.
