Q: 4S activate

good day

I owned a model( 4S )  of iPhone, loaning it to someone , created his own i cloud account to run and take advantage of the device.

after he turn it back ,  I discovered the device that has been closed and the cancellation of its activation.

When my question for this personal mail address and password for him , expressed forgotten all the information related to the device.

Please advise me of the possibility of helping me re- activation of the  device , note that I 've purchased in 2012 from the Communication adopted in Saudi Arabia and is Mobily .
