Q: I uploaded photos and videos from my drone to my iPhone and cannot play or remove them
I have an iPhone 6s and recently uploaded some phantom 4 videos and images to my phone via my computer. I cannot play them or trash them. I just want to remove them as they are 4K and take up an enormous amount of room.

If you used iTunes to sync them to the phone you delete them by using iTunes and sync again using the instructions below from Keep your photos safely stored and up to date on all your devices - Apple Support
If you don't want the synced photos on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch anymore, turn off syncing in iTunes and they'll be removed from your device. You can turn off syncing for some of your photo albums or all of them at once.
Stop syncing some albums
- Open iTunes on your computer and connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
- Click on the device icon in iTunes.
- Click Photos.
- Choose "Selected albums" and deselect the albums or collections that you want to stop syncing.
- Click Apply.
Stop syncing all photos
- Open iTunes on your computer and connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
- Click on the device icon in iTunes.
- Click Photos.
- Deselect "Sync Photos" then click "Remove photos."
- Click Apply.
