Aug 24, 2016 11:40 AM in response to Ville_Jby javaliga,This is the best source of information to help with this problem:
Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash
BTW, you are not talking to Apple here (with very limited exceptions that I won't go into). For the most part, we are just users like yourself.

Aug 24, 2016 11:57 AM in response to Ville_Jby javaliga,Did you follow through with the rest of the article, which is basically:

Aug 24, 2016 8:38 PM in response to javaligaby Ville_J,I saw the library, but all songs had an exclamation mark next to them:
1. I didnt move the content folder
2. Neither deleted them
3. Couldnt locate them (locate the file if you see an ex. mark...)
luckily that i have them in another drive and i was trying to drag them into itunes. Finally i got them all back and they were on my phone for awhile but then they suddenly disappeared again. The same thing again.
Then i tried the third time. Now i cant drag them into itunes anymore. It is showing me the red sign when trying to add a song.

Aug 25, 2016 8:37 PM in response to Ville_Jby turingtest2,The previous links generally sort out any odd post-update weirdness with an iTunes library.
Also recommended is keeping a solid backup of the library, e.g. Backup your iTunes for Windows library with SyncToy.
I have tools and techniques for dealing with exclamation marks, e.g. Re: Reinstalling iTunes.
In practice syncing with selected playlists makes it much easier to restore the state of the device if/when something goes awry.
