Welcome to Apple Support Communities!
I see that your iPod touch (5th generation) can't connect to your home internet connection. It can connect to Internet at a different location, and there are other devices that connect fine on your home Internet. I appreciate that you are taking time out of your day to contact us for help. I'm happy to help assist you in finding the best resolution to this Internet issue.
First, use Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, and follow the steps to restart your iPod. Once you've restarted, please try to connect the Internet connection again.
If you still have an issue after that, Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.
Once you've reset the Network Settings, try to connect to the Internet connection and see if you get the same result.
Have an amazing day!
