    Hello, icloud emily2!

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!  It seems that you are trying to use iCloud with your iPhone and your Windows PC, and you're not seeing any of your personal data sync between the two devices.  I use iCloud daily to keep all my Contacts, Calendars, etc. synced, so I know how vital it is.  I would be happy to help in any way I can!

You probably already have the iCloud App for your PC, but in case you had only been accessing it from www.icloud.com, you can download that app here:  Download iCloud for Windows

For more information about what iCloud for Windows is and what it can do, try this page:  What is iCloud for Windows?

You mentioned that none of your personal data transferred when you set up iCloud on your devices.  One of the easiest ways to tell which device isn't communicating with iCloud is to create unique "test" data (like a contact card containing the name of the device on which it was created), then go to www.icloud.com, sign in with your iCloud ID, and see which device's data actually made it to the site.  Make sure all devices are signed in with the same iCloud ID (which may be your Apple ID).

This page will help you get everything enabled on your PC:  iCloud - Setup - Apple  (this links to the PC section, but you can also click the iOS devices icon on the top left)

Finally, this page has more tips about setting up and using iCloud on your PC:  Set up and use iCloud for Windows

    Have a great week!
