It's an absolute pleasure to have you here in the Apple Support Communities! iCloud Keychain is a fantastic resource for keeping all of those passwords and sensitive information up to date across all of your devices. If mine were having to be reset constantly, I'd certainly be looking for a fix. Let's get started. First, confirm if you're seeing the error messages listed at the beginning of this article:
If you enter your iCloud Security Code incorrectly too many times
If you're experiencing a different error message, go ahead and reply back with the specifics. In the meantime, here's a helpful link that describes a few basic ways to fix this:
Get help using iCloud Keychain
On OS X, if you used Keychain Access to reset your OS X Keychain, OS X will delete your iCloud Keychain items. Try choosing Keychain Access > Keychain First Aid to verify and repair keychain settings and permissions. If that doesn't help, set up iCloud Keychain again. If you need to reset your OS X Keychain again, temporarily disable iCloud Keychain in iCloud Preferences before resetting your OS X Keychain.

This message pops up iCloud keychain was reset (CLOSE- BOX) Approve this Mac from another device, (there isn't one) to use iCloud keychain (OPTIONS-BOX) I click options and systems preferences- iCloud opens and I reset the keychain. I did nothing as far as I know to cause this. Suggestions please?
