iTunesDowngrading the iOS version isn't supported. If you are having problems with iOS 9.3.4 then saying what they are, and what you've tried to see if it fixes it, might mean that people on here can try and help.

IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO DOWNGRADE THE SYSTEM. IT'S USUAL TO HAVE SOME BATTERY DRAINING AFTER INSTALLING NEW IOS. YOU CAN DO THESE TIPS TO SOLVE A BATTERY PROBLEM http://www.apple.com/batteries/maximizing-performance/

Aug 25, 2016 1:30 AM in response to King_Penguinby jaroslavfrompraha5,Since I upgraded to the first iOS9, the iPhone5 got so hot, I had to turn it off. Then I turned all of the functions, suggested in /maximizing-performance/, but from time to time and further upgrades 9.x.x again the iPhone5 got sometimes hot and had to turn it off, and had to search, what function this new upgrade turned on, turn it off and use the battery saving. (This is really good way to make me sick of Apple upgrades).
I had a new battery installed. Since the iOS upgrade 9.3.4 my Viber also started to play up, it does not show me one of the discussion replies, and it shows that the text is coded. Other discussions are not coded. Can you help? Thanks JV

iTunesPlaying videos or graphic-intensive games could cause its temperature to rise.
I don't use viber, does the developer's website have any help sections on it ?
