I have been charged with the auto renewal of in-app purchase for the app 'Sing!'. I downloaded it and then deleted it. This is first renewal probably I have been charged. I would like to cancel it & take refund. And stop the auto renewal in this app also. Please help me. Thanks

There are instructions on this page for managing and stopping auto-renewing subscriptions (just deleting an app doesn't stop its subscription) : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
For a refund, all purchases are considered final, but you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
