Mac App StoreDoes your ISP operate an SMTP service? If so, the thing to do is to set up your server to relay outgoing mail through that SMTP server. The controls for doing this on your server are in the Services / Mail section of the Server App.

Servers EnterpriseHi Gavin
I don't want use a relay service. I have a static public IP and my OS X Server. I have not problem if I use a manual configuration on iOS to send mail.
I think exist a configuration file on OS X Library used by iOS to configure correctly mail setting on iPhone, iPad etc.
