Q: How to do partial transfer of data/pix?
My teen-age daughter upgraded from a 5 to a 6s. She had "the guy at the store" transfer her stuff, but, for whatever reason, he was unable to transfer her pix or her "Notes". She would like them. This was a month ago or so.
I presume I could back up her old phone using iTunes and restore it to her new phone (I presume the "guy at the store tried that"), but then she would lose all her pix, etc., from the last month, I would imagine.
So, is there any way to get just the pix off the old phone and get them into the new phone? (And, same question re: Notes).
Thanks!

As for notes, she should be syncing them with a email or icloud program - should just sync them back.
As for pictures assuming these are photos in the camera roll - you can import them to iTunes, then sync those pics to the new phone using iTunes.

or bypass a computer/iTunes all together and just use airdrop to transfer the pics to the new phone.
