Q: Switch from ipad to phone

A little less than 3 hours is not a long time here.

1. Backup the iPad to iCloud or iTunes. whichever is more convenient.

2. Restore the new iPhone from that backup.

Make sure everything has been transferred to the iPhone through the backup. Whatever is not, may need to be transferred manually.

3. Wipe the iPad, and set it up as required
