Try running this program and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.  Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. On the screen with Options, please open Options and check the bottom 2 boxes before running. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

    Hi ,

I have exactly same problem on OS X 10.8.5. Here is another thread about the same issue: Local Error -1200 creating push certificates in the server. Any idea ?

No sollution as of today. I personally think that there is no solution as it looks like this is TLS 1.2 connection problem with the Apple signing servers. You may intentionally enter wrong password for your Apple ID and get same local (-1200) error. Your request even don't reach Apple servers, and password is not checked. system.log indicates Apple identity servers are not reachable due to security protocol mismatch. I guess Apple identity server require TLS 1.2 but 10.8.5 doesn't support it on the system level.

Probably the only solution is to upgrade to El Capitan. :(
