Q: I downloaded a movie and it asked for password confirmation and it is NOT found

What exactly did you do, and what happened ? If you've downloaded it it should be in the My Movies section of your iTunes library if using a computer's iTunes, or Videos app if using an iOS device (unless you have a film age rating set on the computer/device that is hiding it). Or haven't you downloaded it, were you only trying to buy it - if that is the case did the purchase go through successfully, does it show on the account's purchase history ?
