Q: How to make a back-up with full content?

Hello, friends!
I want to make factory (standard) reset of my iPhone 5, but I have a big Music library with my playlists in it. And it has never been synchronized with iTunes. You know I putted the check mark "edit music manually" in iTunes and just downloaded music directly to my phone and edited it there (deleting bad songs, adding good one in my playlists and etc).
So I want to save all my music in the phone just in the same form like it is now. Could you help me to save all information in the phone before resetting settings or synchronize (create) library in iTunes the same like in the phone?

The fact that you have NEVER synchronized your iPhone with iTunes may present a problem. Since you downloaded music directly to your iPhone (I assume this means through the iTunes Store), you should be able to transfer those purchases from your iPhone to a computer. See the "Transfer your purchases" section in:

Redownload or transfer your iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer - Apple Support

But I'm not sure it will transfer ALL the information "just in the same form like it is now" like ratings, playlists, etc.
