Q: Whatsapp cannot be restored from iCloud or iTunes

Sorry to say this but I've bought iPhone 5SE yesterday and tried to restore whatsapp from iCloud or iTunes. Unfortunately - I've failed. Screenshots from both telephones attached. New phone doesn't even show there is iCloud backup from old iPhone 5S, although I've backup'd it several times as it is seen on old phone's screenshot. So? Suggestions? Please help.
