Q: Do I need a converter or transformer to use my South African Macbook Pro in the United States?
I am from South Africa and will be traveling to the United States soon and will be taking my Macbook Pro with me. My plug point is different to that of the American plug point. I do know that South Africa and America work on different voltages (work on different electricity "plans"). Will I be able to keep my charger and just change the plug to an American one (will it take the voltage)? Or do I need to get a converter?
Please let me know.
Thanks.
