Q: password ipad 2 - no recovery possible

When I tried to switch my ipad 2 on, I was asked to fill in my(?) a password. Strange, as I never organized something like that on my pad - so I don´t even have a password. In case of problems I should contact a strange email-adress. Immediately I suspected that my system had been hacked using the cloud.

 

To make it short: There was no way to get into the system of my ipad any more - all suggestions within the internet failed. Always iTunes stopped each process explaining that the device was protected by a password; and when I tried to update my ipad (currently 6. ... - I don´t like those icons after that!) I was told that the iTunes (!!!) software was the latest version ...

Has anybody had the same problem and/ or some idea how to solve the problem. I need that ipad urgently! Thanks for your helpful answers.
