Q: The gray bar showing up on the new screen
Hi Apple,
I am dealing with gray bar problem on top touch panel of iPhone. I have been using iPhone since 2012 and very loyal user. From last couple of weeks having the issue of touch screen is disable and i have to press hard the top sided screen in order to operate the iPhone. Actually my phone warranty was over 6 months ago. I do need another defaulter phone. My cousins got the same problem but fortunately covered with 1 year manufactured warranty. I had already changed my phone two time in last year due to same issue. Unfortunately, I have to buy a new device with no choice. If any of you have good solution please let me know.

Another bit of advice: Some people have a monetary interest in pushing a third party repair over an Apple replacement. Just be aware of who you're getting your recommendations from.
