Q: Internal error mac update

My mac started downloading an update, when i was back and looked at my mac tomsue it while the update was working, my mac said ive had an internal error "the update cant be completed" then it said to me that i needed to crash my mac update to use it again, then i tryed but the message pop again and the crash didnt work can anybody help me.

i Searched too a way to format my mac or put it in recovery mode to delete the update and format my mac but, when i tried "command + option + r" restarting it, it said that there was an error and told me to come here for infomation "go to apple.com/support"
