So strange that the email has been compromised as well?

Verizon would have needed to know your Apple ID, extremely unlikely. Did you use the same PW for your Apple ID and the email? If so the thief guessed it or somehow came across a hint about it, not uncommon unless you use complex passwords. You need to take action fast.

Aug 25, 2016 5:10 PM in response to elcpuby SteveGlucks,I had different passwords for everything. I was able to reset my email and then reset my password for Apple ID from there. Not sure if I should take further action? Or if there even is an option to take further action?
