I really wanted to move up the a Nano, but after more than 10 hours of fiddling, uninstalling, reinstalling, resetting, restarting, deleting, chats, phone calls, and more checking and unchecking of boxes than I can count, I give up. If anyone has any more ideas, I'd be glad to hear them.

Aug 26, 2016 10:20 PM in response to Sharond19by Sciwoman,I just got mine on the 25th. Straight out of the packaging, I've never managed to get it to sync with iTunes. I've spent hours trying every suggestion I could find, plus talking to Apple support. My Shuffle works fine. The Nano is a dud.
