Q: device drivers didn't upload succesfully on my HP pavillion dv7
Attempting to connect my iPhone 4S for the first time with my HP Pavillion dv7 laptop and it keeps saying the drivers didn't install correctly, also would like to know how to uninstall apps from the phone, please and thank you.
iPhone 4S, iOS 9.3.4, supposedly just updated to iOS9.3.5

Using your iPhone with an HP computer shouldn't require drivers.
All you need to do is download iTunes > http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB - Apple Support
