Q: Switching from CAN to USA

The cards that you are trying to use, they are issued by a US bank and are registered to your US address ?

if i use canadian card it just says declined as well. if i dont use a card it wont change the store :/

Aug 26, 2016 4:11 AMby King_Penguin,You can't use a Canadian card, only cards issued by US banks (and registered to the US address that you are putting on the account) might work - are any of the cards issued by a US bank, and have you checked with the card issuer(s) to check if they are declining it/them for use with iTunes ?
