Q: Iphone 5s Storage/ memory problem/ 54 error

I already deleted a bulk of my photos, and apps on my phone and my phone still keeps displaying the message "Stoarge Almost Full". I already deleted messages, some of my email accounts, and also cleared the cache and browsing data on my phone. I also deleted some of the photos I have in my icloud and still have the same issue.

I also have a problem backing up on iTunes. (-54) error is displayed whenever I click on sync. I already googled on how to solve this issue but still the same.

Will restoring my phone to its factory settings solve the problem? This is my last resort as I do not want to wipe all the data I have on my phone.

This is displayed on iTunes. Documents & Data and Others are using up all the space on my phone.

Hi LucoBrasi. I already read this article and tried it but still has the same problem.

1. "If your content doesn't sync, restart your computer and your iOS device. Also, make sure that you have the latest version of iTunes and the latest software updates for your device. If you still see the issue, continue below." - My iTunes is the latest version. For my iPhone, I cannot update my software because of my other problem, low memory.

2. I already consolidated everything in my iTunes library.

3. I'm not sure about third-party security software. But I think it's not the problem.

4. With regards to syncing small amount of content, I only have 1 music and 3 tones synced from my computer to my iphone.

5. I do not have any issues from the content from the iTunes Store.

6. "Delete and re-import content" - No problems with this either.

7. I do not have any PDF files synced from my computer to my iphone.
