Q: my iphone photos do not appear on my new ipad

Since purchasing a new ipad in January, my iPhone 6s photos do not sync. What settings am I missing?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.4

Try going to iCloud.com to see if the items are there and which device they are from. That should show which device isn't syncing. On the device, go to Settings/iCloud and disable syncing. After a couple of minutes, turn syncing on. You can also try signing out of iCloud and then sign in again.
