Q: Thunderbolt Display 27inch to TV via using HDMI to Minidisplay port

My set up is macbook air, Thunderbolt Display, 55inch TV.

Wanted to know if I plug Thunderbolt Display to TV via Mini DisplayPort (Thunderbolt) to HDMI Adapter, will this be able to display from Macbook Air, Thunderbolt Display, and TV same time?

An alternative would be to purchase an Apple TV then use AirPlay on your Mac to stream content to both Thunderbolt display, Mac, and TV but the TV must be HDTV.
