Q: iTunes not recognizing either iPhones
My aunt and I have been trying to transfer the music on my iTunes library on our iPhones. My Windows 10 laptop wouldn't recognize either one of our phones, and when we plug them in with the usb, we both get the "trust this computer alert" but every time we unplug the phones and plug them back in. It's not our phones because they work just fine on my cousin's Mac. I have gone through the support topics surrounding this issue and updated both of our phones, my iTunes, and my laptop to the current versions, changed usb cables, reset my lockdown folder, etc and none seemed to have helped.
