How can I view my son's ITune bill from his Ipad on my PC?

    To view his bill, you would have to log into his iTunes account, in iTunes on your computer. To do that, you would need to know his Apple ID and password, unless you are using Family Sharing, and if you are the organizer, you should be able to view all purchases, since you would be the one approving for, and paying for them.

    If you have access to his Apple ID account, you can access the purchase history from iTunes on your PC. Open iTunes, go to the iTunes Store tab, and under "Quick Links" on the right-hand side, click on "Account." Sign in with his Apple ID and password. Wait a minute for the account screen to come up, then scroll down to "Purchase History," and finally, click on the "See All" link.

    I,m unable to get an App because it says that there is a problem with past payment . I have called apple support and they say it,s a banking problem. help

    Not sure what you've chosen this unrelated thread to post on, but the message means that iTunes wasn't able to collect the payment for your last purchase - until that is paid off you won't be able to download anything else, including free items, updates to your existing apps, and redownloading past purchases. Do you have a different card (preferably a credit card) that you could try putting on your account so that you can pay off what you owe : Pay an unpaid balance in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
