I did all those steps in the link 3 times alond one month and I also reset my pass word 3 times and update my apple ID account 3 times
If you dont sent me another link to help me solving this issue i will open a claim case in your name ,,,because you didnt read my problem and only send me an un helpful links
You are waisting my time and i have an important work that still didnt accomplish because of this issue

This is a user to user help forum. You are not addressing Apple here. If you bothered to read the Terms of Use agreement that you signed, you would have known this.
