Q: EarPods and charger bought from reseller are not working.

I bought Apple EarPods and charger from a reseller unfortunately they stopped working after a week I bought them. Can I replace them in any Apple Store near me? If yes what are the terms and conditions I need to follow?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.4

    Genuine Apple products have a 1-year limited warranty. If this was a certified re-seller, then you can take your receipt and bring the devices to Apple to have them examined. Apple will explain your options from there. Apple has the last say when it comes to replacements.

    Hi,

    It would be best to return them from the re seller you got them from, if you have the Proof of Purchase either by Email or in Hard-Copy, or ask a Genius for help.
