Q: iphone thefts
I had my iPhone 6+ stolen from me in Barcelona metro two weeks ago. It will be deleted as soon as it is going to be connected to the internet. But in the past two days I have been receiving strange messages from my iMessage from address: "apple.icloud.server.imessage.notice.kabc@icloud-admin.com" and the message says: " (Find my iPhone) Your Apple ID was signed in iCloud on Berkley Lyon's iPhone.Mac os:ios 9.3.2. If you believe an unauthorized person accessed your account, please sign in and manage you account by going to http://Apple.find.ios-es.com/us (Apple support)"
I have checked my iCloud for "Find my iPhone" and the lost phone is still pending to get connected to internet. Does anyone know what these messages are? Are these being sent to me by Apple or the thieves?
Thanks
iPhone 4, Windows 7

They are scams, phishing attempts hoping you' ll click on the link and enter your iCloud login password so they can hijack your account and AppleID.
Apple does not track lost or stolen devices and will never contact anyone about such a lost or stolen device.
If you suspect your AppleID has been compromised, be sure to change the password at https://appleid.apple.com/
(please note the https:// portion of that URL, as opposed to the actual resolved URL of the link you posted).
And if you have another Apple device to use as a trusted device, you could enable 2-step verification on your AppleID - Frequently asked questions about two-step verification for Apple ID - Apple Support
