Q: Keychain - Time Capsule

Suddenly yesterday (and only on my MacMini) I cannot back up to the TimeCapsule and receive an error code relating to my Keychain Systems Login? I have reset that for the MacMini (since apparently it would not recognise what I assumed to be my Systems Keychain Login (and any other previous incarnations that I could remember as in all previous Admin passowords, WifiNetwork passwords etc); the password for the Time Capsule was correct as per the keychain but the Time Capsule would not recognise it. I double checked on the MacBook that this was the correct password.
I checked the permissions which all seemed to be in order.
Despite advice to use Keychain First Aid I find this is no longer an option on the lastest El Capital. I did run First Aid on all the disks.
I have also had tremendous issues re Parental Controls and trying to make any changes to them on this lastest update - it will not correctly apply them to the extent that I have had to allow free access to all apps and utilities for my son in order for him to be able to use anything - I can still apply time limits.
Particular problems with Steam - SteamClean, ipcserver etc are not separate apps to permit or not but equally discrete from the overall app.   However any attempt to change permissions via Parental Controls resulted in blocking my son's access to eg even Safari.  Using permissions via Get Info made no difference, nor any Disk Repair.

Been having a huge amount of issues since upgrading the MacMini to El Capitan and adding the latest patch. I had these issues with passwords before on my MacBook when I upgraded to Yosemite, I recall
