Q: I accidentally pressed disagree on the latest software update and did not get the new messages look. How do I fix this?

I think that the new message look is only on the iOS 10 public beta, do you have this? If you are only updating to iOS 9.3.4 or 9.3.5 then I don't think that the new message look is included in this update. If you want iOS 10 then you will need to enrol your device at beta.apple.com .

Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage (the first one) > and if there is an update listed, delete it. Then restart the device, go to Settings > General > Software Update and try downloading the update again.
