Q: Lost disk space after deleting bootcamp partition
Hi all
My Apple SSD shows 251 gb, but my Macintosh HD partition only has 210 gb with no free space. I have previously partitioned 40gb for BootCamp. I tried removing the bootcamp partition via bootcamp utility, but it didn't work, so I removed the partition via disk utility. I tried to combine the partition back into 251 gb, but it failed. Now, it doesn't even show there is 41gb free space. Is there anyway I can reclaim the 41 gb?
Some information from terminal:
diskutil list
diskutil cs list
sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0
sudo fdisk /dev/disk0
Please, could anyone shed some light on this issue? Thanks in advance!
