Q: Windows 10 unresponsive - stuck on get going Fast Page after install - Any Ideas

I've tallked to both apple and Microsoft support with no help - downloaded ISO from Windows computer - followed each step perfectly everytime - once install is complete I get stuck at Get Going Fast page on reboot with not keyboard ot mouse response - have now tried 5 different times

 

Any advice?

If you have no keyboard or mouse response yin Windows you likely did not install the Windows Support software (drivers) as described in the Boot Camp instructions. http://www.apple.com/support/bootcamp/
