Q: Connection issues

I have 5 game consiles (XBox1,XBox360, PS3, wii, wiiU) plus a number of iPhones, iPads and other wireless devices which connect through my Airport Time capsule router.  Recently all the game consoles except the Xbox 1 stopped seeing the router.  All other wireless devices continue to work fine.  I am not a novice and have done as much troubleshooting as I can think of.  I was on the phone with WiiU support yesterday for about an hour with no success in connecting it.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

    What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? I don't want to have you go though any that you have already tried.

    Basically, I have tried reconnecting automatically and manually from several of the devices.  No Luck.  I have powered down the Airport.  Still no luck.

     

    Later this evening I will go through the Resets outlined on the support page.  Hopefully one will work.  If not....  I'm stuck.

     

    I will post the results of the resets
