Q: iphone 3gs not recognised by my pc

Been gifted a 3gs and I want to transfer music and photos onto the phone from my pc running windows 10. When I connect the phone to any port, all I get is the phone charges but there is no recognition by windows of new hardware.

iPhone 3GS, iOS 3.1.3, windows 10

Hi,

"Been gifted"

You will have to contact the owner in order to change the Apple ID prior to transferring data.
