Q: Is it necessary for IOS 9.2.1 users to install IOS 9.3.5 patch

Is it necessary that the iphone users who is running IOS 9.2.1 need to install the 9.3.5 security patch update that fixes a major security hole or is it for those user who have already updated to IOS 9.3.4?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

It is always advisable to update to the latest software. In addition to any new features that may be added, updates may also include bug fixes (potentially including for improved performance from your iPhone) and/or important security updates.

 

It happens to be the case that the two most recent updates - iOS 9.3.4 and 9.3.5 - each contain only security-related updates.
