Q: Emails don't get delivered

Hello!

I have been having this problem for couple of days now. It is very frustrating.

The emails i send to either School or corporate email addresses bounce back.

I keep receiving a Delivery Notification: Delivery has failed.

They state the Reason: Remote SMTP server has rejected address

Diagnostic code: smtp;550 Invalid recipient

or

Technical details of permanent failure:

DNS Error: 69921237 DNS type 'mx' lookup of lvs.sch.ukresponded with code NXDOMAIN

Domain name not found: lvs.sch.uk

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I really need this to be fixed asap. Lost...

Hello, check you settings in in the Accounts section of Mail preferences (Mail > Preferences). Then, make sure that you have updated all the software on your mac.

    Hey Kennrin.

Thank you for a fast reply.

yeas, i have just updated all this morning, and checked the settings doesn't seem like anything is wrong there.

What exactly shall look at insetting?

    it says:

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): then it mentiones my email address and a tab checked for Use Only This Server.

I have tried sending emails with both checked and checked off  Use Only This Server, and still received an email that it didn't deliver.
