Apple TVIf you have recently deleted them, they should be in the mail trash folder.
If you deleted them some time ago or have deleted them from the trash folder too, they are gone.

Thankfully there isn't. Your trash folder is your defence against accidental deletion, if you deliberately delete from the trash as well one assumes the consequences should be obvious.

You may well have done, that's exactly why iCloud is for, to make things the same everywhere. If you have a back up of your computer you may well be able to recover them, have you tried.

Aug 29, 2016 6:02 AM in response to Winston Churchillby nicofrommiami,Yes I have a back up on my time capsule ...tried it all night to get all my emails back
I guess I did not do it properly .
Clicked on Inbox , all my 13.000 plus emails appeared , but when clicking restore ...only 7000 + where saved
some from me.com , but not all of it .
Now apparently they all gone from my time machine also ...only the 7000+ shows up
and when I go to dates before yesterday on my time machine ...Inbox appears empty

Apple TVI'm afraid it's difficult to suggest what might have happened to your back up, perhaps you might want to ask over at Time Capsule
