Q: iPhone SE

So I have this iPhone SE, and it has some problems. First, after turning the phone off, for about 3-5 minutes my screen goes all weird, it changes to white lines, sometimes half the screen goes blue, green, black, and then he turns back on again. So after it turns on, I unlock the phone using the passcode and lock it again. I wait around 10 minutes and I can use the iPhone again without it crashing, but it stays kind of slow. When I double click the home button and delete the apps that I used (put the apps up) it always gets stuck and I have to try putting them up again. So that is one problem, the other problem is charging. When I charge the phone, it recognizes it, but it doesn't charge it. How do I know if it recognizes? Simple, when I go to Settings > Battery and click on that little clock, it becomes blue and you can see the amount of hours you spent on an app, when I put the charger, that blue clock flashes around 3 times after a second or two. I take it off and put it back in and it flashes again, so the phone recognizes. I've tried different charges (and yes, they are real charges from Apple) but none seem to work. Sometimes (rarely) the iPhone is just fine, it's fast, charges when on, and all that good stuff.

When I go to Settings > Privacy > Diagnostic & Usage > Diagnostic & Usage Data it's filled with "stacks+backboardd-yy-mm-dd" and then it shows the exact time, etc. And on reason it says "Watchdog: taking a stackshot"

Why does it do that? Is there a fix for it? It is really frustrating. And I already reset the phone but didn't seem to work.

iPhone SE, iOS 9.3.5
