Q: Google Drive sometimes starts on boot
Sometimes Google Drive starts when I boot up my Mac. I cannot figure out any reason why it does not does not do so. The option to start on book in the Google Drive preferences is unchecked.
When I look at my login start-up items, it is not there.
Regardless of whether this is a Google Drive issue, I'm concerned about the Mac OS allowing software to start up when it doesn't show in the login items.
I contacted Apple Support and after they told me to hold down shift when logging into my system (it doesn't help), they refused to help me any further.
Is there a way to figure this out and prevent it?
Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)
